+ Why is Buncee being sunset?
Capstone made the strategic decision to sunset Buncee effective [b]September 30, 2025,[/b] in order to focus on enhancing our broader portfolio of digital learning tools—especially our award-winning platform, PebbleGo. Many of Buncee’s most popular features live on in PebbleGo, helping us continue to serve students and educators with engaging and effective tools.
+ What is the final date I can use Buncee?
The final day to access and use Buncee was [b]September 30, 2025.[/b] As of this date, the platform is no longer available.
+ Can I still renew my subscription?
Buncee stopped accepting renewals after [b]June 30, 2025.[/b] Auto-renewals were turned off as of this date.
+ What if I have time remaining on my subscription past September 30, 2025?
If your subscription extends beyond Buncee’s sunset date of September 30, 2025, you will receive a refund for any unused, prepaid portion of your subscription.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing entity or account holder, in accordance with Capstone’s refund policies.
+ What happens to my data?
All data will be managed in accordance with [url=https://www.capstonepub.com/support/privacy-central/products-privacy-notice]Capstone’s Data Privacy Policy[/url]. Capstone will continue to comply with all applicable federal and state student data privacy laws, including the Minnesota Student Data Privacy Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), through the end of the service period.
For institutional accounts such as schools or districts, your Capstone representative will reach out to discuss transitioning to other Capstone digital products, such as PebbleGo. You’re also welcome to contact us directly at info@buncee.com to explore your options. + Will Buncee features be available elsewhere?
