@h5 Understanding Content Management in PebbleGo
Managing content across schools and districts can look a little different depending on your account type—and we’re here to help you navigate it! PebbleGo offers two types of Content Management tools designed to give administrators control over which articles and eBooks are visible to students and staff.
Whether you're managing a single school or overseeing an entire district, you’ll have the tools you need to customize your content experience.
@h5 What Is Content Management?
Content Management allows administrators to enable or disable access to specific PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next articles or modules, as well as Capstone eBooks. This gives schools and districts the flexibility to tailor content availability based on their curriculum needs, policies, or preferences.
@h5 There are two types of content management tools in PebbleGo:
Single-Site Content Management (managing individual schools)
If you're a Building Admin, you'll use the standard Content Management tool to:
* Enable or disable articles, modules, or eBooks for your school
* Preview content before enabling it
* Manage your content library right from your admin dashboard

Multi-Site Content Management (district or state-level admins)
If you manage multiple school sites or districts, the Multi-Site Content Management tool allows you to:
* Preview, enable, or disable content for multiple schools at once
* Apply consistent content settings across all sub-accounts
* Save time by reducing manual updates and support requests
