Usage Data
Easily monitor PebbleGo usage across your school or district with built-in reporting tools. Gain insights into engagement, view content trends, and see the impact PebbleGo is making for students and educators.

@h5 Accessing Usage Reports
To view your usage data, visit [url=https://login.pebblego.com/]login.pebblego.com[/url] and sign in using the administrator credentials you received when your school first enrolled.
1. Click the [b]Menu[/b] button in the upper left corner.
2. Select [b]Reports[/b] from the dropdown.
The Reports page provides data on the number of article and eBook views, the most popular standards searched by educators, and total Activity Plan views.
Use the navigation bar to explore usage data for each PebbleGo product (PebbleGo, PebbleGo Next, Capstone Interactive eBooks, and Educator Tools). The available data will vary based on your subscription.

@h5 Article or eBook Views – Total
This section displays the total number of article and eBook views for your school or district. You can also download monthly usage data in a spreadsheet format for further analysis.
@h5 Today's Top Articles or eBook Views
This section highlights the most viewed articles and eBooks for the day in a word cloud format, where the most popular titles appear larger. You can also download this data in a spreadsheet.
@h5 Article or eBook Views – School Year
This section shows the total number of article and eBook views for the current school year, from July to July, providing a month-by-month trend analysis of usage.
@h5 Article or eBook Views – Year Over Year
This section compares year-over-year usage trends for the past few years, helping administrators track engagement over time.
@h5 Most Searched Standards – School Year
This section displays the top five most searched standards by educators and the number of times each was searched during the current school year (July–July).
@h5 Activity Plan Views – Year Over Year
This section provides a three-year comparison of the total number of Activity Plans viewed by educators during the school year.

For a deeper analysis of engagement trends, administrators can export usage reports as CSV files, which include key data points for PebbleGo, PebbleGo Next, Capstone Interactive eBooks, and Educator Tools.

If your school or district has integrated PebbleGo with Clever or ClassLink, administrators can view individual usage data within their respective dashboards. This includes insights such as time spent in the app, total logins, and user activity trends. For more details on accessing individual usage reports, visit:
